Very nice job! My suggestion would be to move the motor down and out beyond the servo to better balance the set up left to right as well as potentially hide the motor. I wouldn’t be surprised if significant weight on one side that far forward might cause digging to one side…

That worked great. I wonder if a tracked loader would work better though? As for weight I am sure you could add weight into the loader somewhere. And maybe add some in a hollow tube on the blower box. Just some ideas.

Nice! I think the sides could point straight forward to lessen the force pushing the machine sideways when only cutting into the snow on one side. But maby the machines is so heavy it doesn't matter. Want to build one too!

I can’t believe how realistic it looks now, and the gear reduction on the impeller helps a lot. If you ever want to use a geared motor rather than external gear or belts, check out the beautiful geared motors made by Maxon in Switzerland. They are expensive but boy are they nice! M pressed how it is able to break up the hard pack and crusty snow-real ones struggle in hard snow too. I used to plow snow with 966C’s using one way blades-they were unbeatable and because the blades just floated they didn’t damage curbs like motor graders did. Anyway…great job I can’t wait to see the end result!
