If sufficient number of staff members are not posted in a particular branch, then it is nowhere possible for the Branch Head to manage everything by his own. Now a days it is becoming habit to record these videos and upload the video explaining the negligence of bank employee but the one recording the video should have some common sense that only two staff can't handle the branch .it is becoming a trend to upload these videos criticizing bank employees instead of doing that complain the same thing to its head office to arrange extra staff.
