Bss yeh yaad rakho.. 10 baje jaoge toh 7-8 baj dkte hai.. Mtlb 9-10 hours. Or 1 saal mai averag 8-10 sunday ko bulaya jaa skta hai mtlb monthly 4 mai se ek sunday. Yeh ek average hai. Leaves ka thoda issue hota haiw, pr boss ko patake rakho. Toh set ho jata hai, kbhi kbhi tih bhai chutti na mil pae toh bhi adjust krlene kaa. Dekho bhai, upar valo ko bhi pressure hota hai, vrna koi chutiya nhi hai k baithae.Kbhi tum compromise kro, kbhi voh. Yeh hrr jagah hai. Or agr itna hi tension hai. Yeh sb sbi po k liye kaha maine. Sbi clerk toh aaram hai. 9:45 pr aao. 4:45 ki janne ki timing hai but utna jaldi toh nhi jaa paoge, 5:30-6:30 k beech mai tih aaram se nikal skte ho.

Kyuki bhai sbi iss cheez mai bada strict hai. Agr kmm cutoff k chakkar mai clerk kisi or state se bhar diya, toh lode lag jaenge. Or kbhi bhi PO k liye bhi apna state mt chodo. Ekk dusre state mai jake, jaha aapka koi relative nhi hai, janne pehchane vala nhi hai, language alg hai, culture alag hai. Insan usse pura hil jata hai. Adjust nhi kr pata, naa aap kr pate ho naa apki family. Isliye apne state mai raho, agr apne state pe work pressure raha toh bhi set ho jaega. Or family bhi adjust ho jati hai, kyuki unko bhi apne log mitle hai. Ab socho agr apni biwi ko kisi gujarat k area mai rakhkr, tum 10:00 vaje jakr raat 8 baje aaoge. Toh bichari pe kya gujaregi.
