Sir, do female probationary officers get the privilege of going home early so that they can be safety? Because it becomes so dangerous for a woman after dark. Do seniors understand this point? Being a woman this is one of the things that horrifies me to the core.

@@shreya4965 I haven't found a proper answer from any individual actually involved in such situations. However, I did get a hint from somewhere that there's no such kind of consideration. If you're loaded with work, you have to stay back no matter how late it gets, and irrespective of your gender.

@Dipanwita that's kind of scary.. even if we work hard and get this job we'll have so many things to consider.. marriage, family, transfers which we won't be able to handle.. and most of all working hours

Sir plzz reply me I'm literally dead after watching some yt videos on transfer policy of sbi/ibps ; they stated that there are nominal chances of home posting in job of Po , but as a girl you can understand how tough this is for us.... it's my humble request to you plz guide me regarding this; is there any consideration for girls ( branch posting) I'll be so glad if u help me.
