When interviewers asks slr and crr ka impact Its of great impact Increased slr and crr means bank has less money to lend But bank needs loans thus bank will increase interest increasing inflation And when banks lending capacity is less than the borrowers are more but lenders are less thus demand increases and borrower will accept loans at high ROI And in these cases theirs high chance than borrower becomes npa Again loss to bank Now recovring of money from npa also cost banker
