Got a call from my SBI for credit card, went and applied for SIMPLY SAVE RUPAY, 1 week later SIMPLY SAVE VISA arrived. Went to bank, employee who did my application asked me to call customer care, customer care said cannot give rupay card, yelled at me and asked me to e-mail them, e-mail reply asked me to visit bank. SBI CUSTOMER SERVICE always has been like this, making you visit bank for no reason and then get irritated and humiliated.

Kindly clarify as I am sbi simplyclick credit card user and that cleartrip voucher we get only after we spend 2 lakhs not 1 lakh. After spending 1lakh annual fee is waved off thats correct but 2 vouchers from cleartrip I don't think so

They changed the value of rp to 2%. Earlier you can redeem 2000 rp for 500 amazon voucher now for that same voucher they are 2500 rp that make it 5 rp = 1 rupee that is 2% of value
