You are absolutely right. Let me share my experience. Last month I was sold (missolid) a timeshare holiday package. The amount of 80100. The next day I called my credit card company to cancel. They explained me the process and I followed it. But now the amount is reflected in my statement and it is due for payment in few days. I have not received any service from timeshare company. What if I don't pay the amount. Till now I have meticulously made every single payment on my card. Please guide me.

There is no separate wallet for careless shopping. The shopping amount gets deducted from selected account. You ask the seller for amount, then you create the transaction code for that particular amount, that's how it happens. If your shopping amount is Rs 200 then you create the transaction code for Rs 200 only.
