That driveway is in very good condition if it is 70 years old. Doesn't look like it's broken or cracked up at all. I guess in years past construction companies took the time to build things that last for many decades.

The contrast between cleaned and uncleaned, right at 2:58. A nice thought to do the street gutter, the whole result will be pulled-together. 4:03, a second nice extra, of washing algae off the brick wall. Noted you moved the leaves with water. Would you have preferred a blower? (Both work.) 11:40, the "freshened-up" look is good. That was an excellent gift, and as you said, it will last a while.

Awesome work Spencer!! The house looks like it was built in the early 1950s for the returned WWII GI’s. 100,000’s of thousands of these neighborhoods with millions of homes were built all across America from 1946 on as folks moved to the “Suburbs.”
