This is fantastic! I have been looking for something to help me to educate the kids about the amazing culture and knowledge of the Indigenous people of Australia. This is easy to understand with visuals, explanation and text. Thank you :-) Can’t wait to get our garden at school growing some of these.

Awesome video! Really need to start a new veg garden utilizing some of these native plants. Being indigenous myself, I'll take great pride in knowing I'm using/eating these ingredients.

Thank you!! As an expat Aussie living in Colorado we are very thankful that “old man saltbush” was introduced here in the high desert environment for the many sheep raised here. We use it like you would spinach leaves. It tastes great raw too but cooked we have had many meals of it over the last 4 years!!

Thank you. A good video and I appreciate the knowledge base of the edibles and the work done in promoting our native flora. A detailed description of the plants and how to look for them in the wild would be great.

Love this video. Great info, great business, lovely people sharing knowledge. A field of native daisies would have been beautiful to see, I'm sad I'll never experience that.

No need to blanch Warrigal Greens. You'd need to eat kilos of it every single day for the oxalic acid to have a negative effect.

I have a few of these in my garden already. I love finger lime on ice cream, but now I really want to try it on oysters.
