If I found school supplies lunch boxes or backpacks on my bus I would put it up in the front of my bus and wait till my students got on the next morning if it was a student I would let my boss know and take them home or back to school

If I was a bus driver I would have pick the baby up took the baby in the house and lay the baby down and if the baby start to cry I would have go get her food
