Amazes me you choose Korean rice wine and rice cake buns filled with sweet potatoes. Thumbs up. We visited H-Mart oriental food store last week and bought those also. Also, some Soju and plenty of kimchee ramean. I add eggs, sesame seed, and green onions. Perfect for camping. Those must be Korean bowls you're using with small handles. I like the same but with a quart size tea pot for water boiling. Your menu is perfect and well planned. Rozy is a companion. Big army retired salute. Also, your camera work is amazing and editing keeps folks glued.

Wise man!, Korean food is amazing and healthy. My wife is Chinese and my boys are Korean-Chinese and I make Korean at least twice a week. Simply Korean by Aaron and Clair Hun is a great cookbook.
