Do you think you can post a video of how it sounds outside while the bike is warm, I’d like to know if it backfires because i I’m looking at the same exhaust and I have a 2007 gsxr 750

how did you remove the round thing that holds the baffle in and get the baffle out?

Some exhaust cans have a c-band clips or Snap Rings. If you have this, you need “snap ring pliers” to grasp the snap ring.

why is it smoking?

Brand new pipes usually smoke because the Packing materials have never been exposed to high heat.
