Honorable Kabimba you are very objective in so many instances. Surely this issue whether lacuna, gap, omission, absurdity, there is a problem with the constitution which the president raised we expected the so called learned to focus on that and not to be defining lacuna to us. But to either agree or disagree that there is or no problem with the constitution then we continue as it is but when something happens let them not cry.

This is a very sober response to the judges issue. There’s a lot of propaganda about why the judges were suspended. The way some people are behaving is leading us to think there’s something we need to be worried about and they deserve to be suspended. Anyway they have been given the opportunity to appeal so let’s see what happens next.

Point of correction , that 2016 constitution has the blessings of both upd and pf they all supported it now thr is nothing like ecl constitution,,,, actually hh is on record saying thr is nothing wrong with article 52 2.
