You are right, but with one big difference... Serral kept up his normal macro build while Cure invested quite a bit in that early attack.

I figured it out, everyone. S E R R A L L A S E R R Don't you see? Serral is a laser. He's a laser array oriented to imitate a Finnish guy. That's why the reaction times, and his opponents' inexplicable eye pain and blindness towards the end of each match. Laserr...s This rabbit hole goes way deep.

@@wurmschn3693 I mean I don't mean to say Cure is a poor player, even at the level needed to qualify for high end tournaments, but recently when seeing him go up against TY or Serrall his play falls apart, where as other Terran like Maru, TY, Innovation, or maybe even Clem put up better fights. Obviously Cure is incredible, you aren't in the top 5 of Aligulac because you're not great, maybe it's the pressure of finals/semis but lately his play seems like it gets worse in those high pressure situations.

Maru got his worst match up against one of the best TvT player in Cure unfortunately, Cure did beat both Innovation and TY in GSL before this. But I am dissapointed in the TvZ game from Cure, like BC rush all the time and lose those BC for like nothing. You play a standard TvZ game against Serral, you WILL get 0-3, so he should have mixed it up with 2 base timing push or something else more aggressive.

@@rangoonlenlai7481 Yeah, for a stretch of like 10 months, he didn't even drop a series, and went to the grand finals of a couple WCS tourneys without dropping a map to get there. 2018 was his year. But he is still very good. But I feel the competition has really stepped up the game since then. Reynor especially, since it was essentially the year after that, where Reynor became fire.

He played against Serral... But in all seriousness, one thing is he failed to aggressively hunt down creep tumors, map this small, and suddenly creep was at his door giving zerg enough mobility to shut him down.

No way dude! It takes a ton of skill to make 15 drones at once, and then lose 10 of them, but that's totally fine, I'll just make 20 more because my race is so hard. And then I have to click "A" AND move my 200 banelings towards the enemy base! Do you know how hard this is???? Dude if you played zerg you'd understand. This is a really hard race, it's not easy to make 2 units to win the game okay!!!!
