Nice. My only complaint with the impellar bagging is sand! Less than a year after purchasing mine in 2011 it split in two from sandy yards! Gets sand blasted right through. There is a duct tape to fix that problems too :)

How much is the clamshell? If it over $3k, it should be able to dump the bucket vs opens the door only.

That's a great machine. I have the cheetah with the same clam shell bagger. Works great but be careful with a bunch of leaves. If ya let it clog it will wear out the belt prematurely and at 30 bucks a pop that belt gets expensive LOL

Hey Alex I want to tell you now that you have the bagging system for the leaves you should switch ur blades to gator bleeds.if u haven't already. It mulches it up really good. then you could fit more in your bag.
@ruthford1124 жыл бұрын
Gregorio Santiago gator blades are fine for dry leaves, but for leaves that have been rained on an stuck to the ground you need high lift blades. Gators don't have enough suction.

Alex do you guys get a premium on bagging service. Or is it included on your summer lawns ? We go year around here in Florida and I like to charge a premium on bagging. So I was curious how you "snowbirds" handle it 🤣 Also what crops grow around your property ? Your property would look great bordered in some type of Evergreen 👍🌲
@nickenslandscapingexcavating5 жыл бұрын
Ron Hart we do not bag in the summer. For fall the price is just based on size and amount of leaves
@ronhart41665 жыл бұрын
Alex we are the same here with not bagging. It is best to mulch grass back into the soil. We have mostly Bahia and Augustine Grasses with a few Zoysia lawns. Mid summer the Augustine and Zoysia yards get a little thick and create excess layover. So every now and then someone will ask me to bag. I have an "Accelerator" bagger that I sometimes have to use. It does a good job but it feels up to fast. It is no big deal to double or TRIPLE cut the small cookie cutter yards. But you really feel it on the larger 1 acre lots. So a bagger like this would be nice. But the prices on these things are steep. So this is where the question about what you charge comes from. I was thinking something like say a 60.00 lawn would cost you per say 90.00 if you had to bag. Just trying to get a fill on what others do or think. 👊

Which engine does your TC2 have?? 61 or 52” deck? Looks like the tiger cat handles the clamshell aright. I’ve always wondered how it would being the tiger cat has a little bit smaller sized frame and foot print compared to the turf tiger and cheetah

Did this get answered? Is this is a52 or 61 and what size engine?
@lildifrank Жыл бұрын
I see from the video it’s a 52 but still wonder how big the engine is and if the bagger chokes at all with it

No offense but you are a pro and the video does not due. Any justice to the mower you’re one handing it! And you run a round in a circle. On a yard that clearly doesn’t need to be cut. And pov shot you’re not even showing how beautiful the Tiger Cat 2 is. I had that same year set up with Kohler command pro 52” and a stripe kit on it for my one acre yard. Over kill. Yes but that mower flys first of all it has Parker pumps w/ separate wheel motor’s you want to talk about classy. Responsive Ii had 3 badboy mower’s and a gravely. Needless to say nothing touches the tiger cat 2 for that price. I think I paid 10200.00 for the scag with the stripper installed. Now the clamshell is another 5300.00 and some change. But unless you go with the turf tiger2 and a 61” deck and the kobota diesel. J/s like I said show the mower in your next video. Plz I’ll watch for it.
