Scale Dimensions Setting in nanoCAD

If need, you can change "Scale dimensions" value in the Design Settings dialog.

Why do you scale parts of the drawing in model space and not in layout? The way you would do this in AutoCAD is with annotation scales, so you can have the same dimension printed in correct size in multiple scales at multiple layouts. Is this possible in NanoCAD 11 plus?
