Great tip. You can add to that by right clicking on one of the nodes selected, go to Properties then select Relative. Give the X and/or Y a specific amount and bamm!! There you go. So if you want to bring the top vector nodes down by 4 inches, just input -4.0 in Y axis (Relative).

Thanks for the great video! Is it possible to make the complete door parametric in a way that I only change the outside dimension and the proportions are saved?

Wow! Thanks Kyle. I made some drawer fronts but had to produce 3D models in other software and import them to Aspire. This would have been a better way . . .. . . If only I'd known about it last year. Thank you. Jim

Is there a way to do this with curved objects. For example a catch all tray that has multiple pockets that have common wall. Resizing the entire object the using the offset tool inward or outward will not resize the common walls.

On a similiar topic; How can I resize a 3d rope border included in the border tab of the clipart library in Vectric VCarve Pro without skewing the width of the border line itself? If I try to extend the width of the border, the border lines become distorted.

How do you keep the vector lines straight when moving? I tried the technique above and my lines went jagged.

You can use the arrow keys. Zoom in to be more precise, Zoom out to move the lines faster.
