Hello guys! I know this is the kind of video you didn't expect from me. When I was building the F-14A, I realized that the necessary paint was finished and I ordered new ones. However, since it was a national holiday in my country, the paints came a little late, so there was a gap of ten days and I filled this gap with this model. I hope you like it.

The pattern is clearly based on the flag of the german state of bavaria, my home state and of course the state where BMW is located. Paint job and finish looks absolutely beautiful. That insane masking effort paid off big time.

In it's day, I owned 2 of those BMWs and rebuilt both of them to the last screw. Assembling your model hides the intricacies of 2002 design and how parts were attached to the car. Great video and outstanding model work.

You haven’t lived until you’ve cut a wrecked 2002 to bits with a reciprocating saw. Don’t ask how I know. Love the change of pace, and the beautiful finish.

I always wanted a BMW. I drove one once when i worked at the insurance auto auction. It had hail damage bumper to bumper and still sold for money than i had. Great video!

The main thing that sets you apart from other modellers is the finish you achieve on the paintwork. I see far to much paint build up on edges/details and the orange peel effect which doesnt work on scale models. Yours is simply perfect.

Great Video of a great car. One little mistake: I drove some of the BMW 02 in my younger years, indeed a 2002tii from 1971 was among them. The dashboard was always black, during all the years the 02 was build.

Had to click on this the moment I saw it. The flared wheel arches have blended in well with the overall lines of the car, and that masking job you did on the paintwork came out great! Amazing job! Can you please explain the use of white glue? Is that as in "Elmer's" or a different type of white glue?

Thanks! It's a local brand and sell as "Flower Glue" I think it's a white craft glue. Also I use D3 type wood glue. These two are totaly same for me. You can use which one you can find.

You could use something like Cricut to cut masking. I use one of those machines for making paper models.
