Really a good video with lot of insights. I used to wonder, why software engineers are paid so well for just copy pasting stuff, coz I was coming from a service based background, with not so much grate pay and work standards. But I always wanted to go to a good organization, now I realised it's not just about coding. Also you got me in your first point itself, that 50% of the time we spend to learn new tool and stack. I was blown away with this fact, and probably this is the reason, this industry is so stressful as well, constant change sometimes drains out. Thanks for sharing all these points, it really helped to prepare myself for good.
