Scalextric Italian Job Stunt Display

The Scalextric Italian Job stunt show by Dave Coveney at the annual UK Slot Car Festival at the British Motor Museum in Warwickshire.
Includes the attempt to blow the doors off the bullion van plus the famous coach and the three minis attempting to drive up the ramps and into the back of the coach.

Maybe its because as an English guy in France I am feeling VERY homesick at the moment, and Gaydon used to be my Sunday Go-To drive with my goggles on, I can't say with the roof down as my British Special didn't have a roof! But as a fully paid-up member of the Scalextric Formula One Drivers club (1979), I have raced all the greats, Fittipaldi, Hunt and my sisters Gerbil... But I have to admit this video had me welling up up with the pure joy of it all! BRAVO and Happy new year. Keep up the great work, and best wishes from me (and all the mice in the workshop) 🏆

Cool I love the coach and mini's is the coach a custom build as I would love as set of these I got loads of scalextric track and minis! Good video and I bet it took some time to build this diorama!!!😍

When I was a kid I had the American equivalent of these racetracks made by AURORA. I don't know what happened to that company, but even though I am old enough to have grandkids, watching this video made me want a Scalectric track of my own.
