Quick question... how do you get legendary characters like Disco Chomper and Scallywag Imp? I always thought you unlocked them with character packs from the Sticker Shop, but they don't show up for me anymore.

You have to try to open Wondrous Pack Pack of Gratness or Time Limited Pack from the sticker store. You can also get a legendary character item from Engage infinity time as a reward
