(Long review alert) I typically wear falls, clip-ins, and u-part wigs. After weeks of watching videos, researching the company, I ordered a unit the day after Memorial Day (2020). I received my unit 2 months later, and was not as enthusiastic about it. I ordered the ‘Jada’ kinky wig in 18 inches with clips. Originally, I ordered it in 130% density. However, a few days after I ordered it, I saw the company updated the website with suggested densities for various lengths (I wish they did that before I ordered). They convinced me to change the density, so I paid the additional charge for the 180% density. The unit is VERY full and is giving me show girl/lion king vibes. Needless to say, that’s not the look I’m going for. Below are my takeaways Pros: - Hair is soft w/ minimal shedding (at first) - The texture really mimics my blow-dried natural hair - The cap is breathable - Great protective style b/c my leave out is minimal (yes, I still had to use some leave out ☹) - Discount - Innovative idea Areas for Improvement -Hair quality is subpar. After 4 months of wear, the unit is about 12- 14 inches long. (I bought the most expensive hair they offered.) - Customer service- I emailed them several times and they were slow to respond; they claimed they provided weekly status updates, but I never received one. I only received a status update when the unit was leaving China. - Shipping time- it took nearly 2 months to receive. When I ordered it, they originally said it would take up to 30 days. - I have to have leave out. There is no way around that. This is disappointing because their videos make it seem like you don’t. - I did not receive a teasing comb. Did you? - Wig construction was decent at best; I have some stray hairs near the part; I wish they put clips around the perimeter of the unit so it feels more secure. - Cost- I’m really into extensions. I primarily use Extensions Plus, so I’m used to investing in good hair and units. But this wasn’t worth the price. Thank G-d I got the discount. - Website- the constant updates/changes to info is confusing consumers- I had to go back and change the density based on new info they shared; they need more real reviews and pictures and better step-by- step instructions for each unit. I know this was a long comment, but I hope this will be helpful to someone.

I do all of my wigs like this. I cut the lace where the part is. Usually I pull out some leave it to cover where the lace was cut so I treat it more like a u-part. I also use Bobby pins to secure the part. It's more gentle and you can't see them.

I've done it. Its just a lace wig. All you have to do is part the hair. Then cut a part with scissors and sew on some clips. And it's optional if you thin out the hair around the part so it's not so blunt.

❗❗ATTENTION: LADIES YOU CAN MAKE IT YOURSELF ❗❗ i decided to go to their website and was shocked to see the price is $400 USD. Who has that kinda money to spend on a wig? Specially in this economy! I dunno but somthn just clicked in my head like divine intervention lol. I grabbed a wig I dont really use and tried to test it out and was able to do so in 5 mins. Truss me I did my big chop recently and it looks beautiful and natural, which is all I wanted! Lemme know if you want a video on this but honestly it is super easy. The trick is to cut the middle parting of ur wig but about a third way, so as to not lose the elasticity for it to wrap around ur head well. And then you can sew a couple of clips at the front to make it extra secure

I have always been the one not to spend a lot on wigs, but I couldn’t pass this up just because to create my own with quality hair the cost would be the same and I would have to put the time in. Additionally, if this wig does what it says it is going to do for a year and half, that is $30-40 a month and that is worth to keep my hands out of my hair and allow have an easy hair style. I tried the u-part wig and it didn’t work and I tried lace and crochet. I am looking for a signature hairstyle to allow me to cater to my natural healthy hair journey and being simple. I am praying hard that this delivers. I have not been disappointed by your videos yet. Great job!

My concerns are that I’m very sad that I spent so much money on this wig. I purchased 9/10 Nicole 4A unit. My hair is 4B/ little 4A, no 4C. 1. I get that it is a patented product with the invisible hairline but it is not $300-600 worth of hair. 2. When the hair arrived it was not natural color, it was a light reddish brown that I had to dye to match my natural hair color. I know it’s not me because other companies that I have ordered came with the hair exactly my hair color. 3. The hair is not curly from the roots to the end. The roots ( and I have pictures) are not curly at all, wavy, 3A type of waves. Not 4A-4B at all, it is only that texture at the ends of the hair which gives the wig a flat, awkward looking style towards the end. 4. Washing the hair after the second time left me with Knots and Mats at the root of the hair! I was shocked because I know how to take care of my wigs and I had no idea why it matted the way it did. 5. The wig cap size is too large vertically on my head and when brushing the hair, it stretched the wefts out so that it now fits like a baseball cap on my head. I followed the directions, I ordered one size up in case I could size down but the cap is humungous, I would’ve went down two sizes if I could. 6. The return exchange policy is very strict for such an expensive hair company. I didn’t even open the hair or take it out of its packaging before I knew that the hair was not as advertised. It’s very hard to gauge over the internet and even after being advised, I was led in the wrong direction and should have gotten the more kinky hair unit. I don’t like closures or no leave-out with my u part wigs hence why I bought the unit. For quality, longevity, and to have a protective style where not a lot of my hair has to be out. 7. Not allowing honest reviews on KZbin and on your website so that I could make an informed decision. I’m not picky and I’m sure seeing some people with similar experiences would have helped me choose either a more kinkier unit, but a higher quality blend, gain tips on how to make the hair last. Sometimes not all “bad” reviews hurt your company. It can help people make an informed decision about what they’re getting themselves into. I could not find one un paid promotion to allow me to see a true review of your products. I’m going to have to make a post to let girls know what is actually expected of IWW. Overall I am extremely sad and disappointed, I expected so much more with customer service, quality of the hair, and construction of the unit with sizes. I invested in this hair and now I know that the money is down the drain. If I could I would have bought 5 $100 wigs to cycle out verses buying one unit that I expected to outlast all the other “cheap” ones. I also contacted the company 2 days after the warrantee expired and I received no grace at all. I got “sorry it ended 3 days ago, too bad”. I didn’t even wear the unit until my birthday on December 30th and it was delivered Dec 26th. After a month of wearing this wig I cannot say I recommend this company to someone investing $300-600 on a wig.

Great video. Why are they up charging in every way possible on their site. And 25 day wait. I'm going to look at details of the wig you have. Sad they up charged so much. I want to buy this so bad.
