Great video dude. FYI you don't need the detached option chain window to select one. From the active trader window click on the drop-down next to the ticker, then type the ticker and select the options tab. From here just click the chain call/put you want and you'll be good to go.

In the Options Chain, every time I left-click on an entry to select it, the Order Entry Tool dialog box pops up from the bottom of the screen. Do you know of a way to disable this behavior? Side note - I know that right clicking (as you have shown in the video) is a way to bypass this behavior but I prefer knowing I've selected the right strike price first before sending to AT.

Thank you for the video! If you wanted to trade a put, would it just be the opposite buttons used in active trader? So “sell the bid” and then “buy the ask” to close the trade for a put?

NO. You'd choose the PUT side of the contract on the option chain 1st. Select that contract/strike by right clicking mouse and send it to the ticker by Buying the "ASK". (see his video when he sent contract to the linked color). From there everything is the same on the active trader ladder. You're just in a PUT contract.

Does the P/L shown on the active trader tab automatically correlate to the bid price? For example say you set a limit sell trying to achieve 20% profit, but notice the trend turning against your position and want to quickly exit with the profit you see on screen, will cancelling your limit sale and one click selling at the bid secure that profit? Follow up question, if you already have a limit sell in place (from the example above) will the one-click "sell the bid" override any limit sells you have in place if you want to get out quicker? P.S. Thank you for the video this was excellent!

Great video! Very helpful information. One question for you. When you detach the chart to create the active trader window on it's own, you can see your open P/L at the bottom. Where can you toggle that? I can't for the life of me figure out how to get mine on there. I don't show the open P/L and it makes it difficult to know where I am in the trade.
