1:24:05 you should've called him out on trying to access it when he said "laptops usually have a camera". Obviously there's no reason any tech support person would ever try to access your camera. Also, you could try having the camera feed there but just making it black, I'm sure I'm not the only person that puts a little piece of black electrical tape over my laptop camera.
