Those are definitely 2010 LC packs...you can tell by the foil effect on the pack and the lack of ratios/Upper Deck logo on the packs.

The Mrd packs are European. It says on the back of the pack Printed In Belgium. They are from 2008-2010 as the logo is around then. They will probably have the Mrd-e000 code which is a bummer..

Even for people (like myself) who arent knowledgeable about the different types of skrinkwrap, just seeing scratches/residues underneath the wrap is a pretty dead giveaway because it meant someone had it sitting for a while, accumulating dust, and didnt properly clean it before resealing it

I try to look for evenness in the Konami logo, and non moved/more shrunken shrink wrap, the Konami labels for resealed looking ones today look like the labels don’t follow a pattern and go everywhere….maybe I’m just paranoid but buying cards I need to be extra careful especially if I find an old booster (can’t afford to buy fake product with a guarantee no cash back return or even collection return

How can you tell if booster packs themselves have been resealed? I want to get packs from older sets, even if unlimited, just to open old packs but I am worried about packs being resealed. Is there anything I should check on booster packs like Invasion of Chaos, and such to determine if the pack is resealed?

At least the LOB isn't resealed. I'm purchasing a "factory sealed" 2006 Neos tin and stuff like this has me really worried because I want that mint promo and being sealed is very important for that lol. I know it's not nearly the same price though so it's probably fine. Love the videos though and hopefully I'll be able to join in on some of your box breaks soon.

I just looked...and they would've likely been resealed in 2004-05 at the earliest, since that's when the red Konami banner was first applied. Latest it could've been sealed was 2011...but it's most likely from 2005, since that's when Metal Raiders packs were most abundant, in that style.

weirdest reseal iv seen one time for me I found a loose 1st edition toon chaos blister and was thinking I scored. Took it home and opened it and the first card was call of the haunted and I was like "huh, didnt think that was in there" then the next was a deskbot.... inspected the pack and saw a melt line on the bottom of the blister and the glue on the seam of the pack ALWAYS CHECK before buying

Dude, I just got around to selling off the last of my collection. The market is WILD. Cards I bought like a year/year and a half ago have nearly 4x their value! 🤯🤯🤯 I ALSO found a super rare Poly. I remember opening it when I was really young but the set code was LDD. I kept trying to figure out what it was and IT IS LOB IN SPANISH!!! A card I considered adding as a give away to people who buy my stuff turned out to be one HELL of an expensive card. I’m bewildered truly! 😳

battle of legend armageddon Not sure if Konami switched the secret to the back of the booster pack, but the first two boxes I have ordered didn’t have that. The outside plastic packaging was loose and had small holes in the top. I noticed on each pack that there were small holes a bit to the right of the middle and while flipping the middle there was a tiny hole to “maybe” release air from a repack. Seems like my booster box it was tampered with. Of course everyone is after the two evolutionary lottery cards.

Hope you'll get a very strong price discount on the metal raiders box. I think that back in the days konami didn't care too much about their products (see for examples the promos not sealed in the 2002-2005\6 tin) and those booster boxes without the logo on the box plastic.
