The test of deciding who is the servant and who is the master is done by hire and fire method. the one who has the power to hire or fire a person is the master. That’s why the police were asking, “who hired you ?” also, their name is recorded in the police data-base. They are not let free, they are under watch. Meaning, if they got caught the second time, the punishment will be harsher.

Why is this a thing in India? Most scam cases I see seem to be out of India. @@itotallycare the main issue is a lot of poverty and illiteracy , scamming is an easy way for poor people and ploosers to make a decent amout of maney and of you are a boss , they earn a lot more than the avg person . india has many issues and that is why catching scammers is often negelcted and seen as minor problem , you have to consider the fact that my country has over a billion people and the diffrence between the rich and poor is astounding , much much more than in other countries . plus our country is also a lot diverse , actons being taken in some regions like punjab as we saw in this video wont change the conditions in other states . Also this level of hacking and getting control of all the cameras and scammers computer systems is very advanced even in the cyber crime division i think . Corruption is also a problem , india as a country in reality just got fully free 10 years ago with the new goverment , the old government created so many major problems and took trillions of dollars for themselves in the process , othercountries are much ahead of us and with the population it is difficult to mange so many scammers .

Scammers took my elderly neighbor for her entire life's savings. She didn't even understand how it happened after we explained it to her. About 3 yrs later she fell for another one and when she went to the store to buy gift cards the young people who were working at the store recognized it as a scam and stopped her from buying them. 89 years old and so vulnerable.

Thank you for catching them , I was also hired by them but in the hiring process they purpose their company as an international call centre and genuine company, As soon as I came to know it was a scam centre I left the scam centre the same day. I asked one of the top scammers there, don't u feel guilty after robbing old people . He said he did feel guilty but swallow it and sleep

It's a shame. Whenever I need customer support, I tend to hang up if I hear a heavy accent with an American-sounding name. Although I cannot be sure if they are scammers or not, given the number of scammers that come from India, I prefer not to engage with them."

Local Indian Governments and Officials need to be publicized if they do not make efforts to shut these places down. Many in high positions in Indian government and law enforcement are lawyers, so also report and file formal complaints to their their local bar associations, requesting them to be disbarred. Many are probably taking bribes to let these operations continue.

You are doing the lords work. This should be making news headlines. Its probably coincidental but I have noticed a reduced number of scam phone calls to my phone this past year compared to years ago. I really hope with videos and actions like this new potential candidates for scam call centers will be deterred. Finally we see some real action and punishment start to take place for these people stealing money for so many years.
