I respect Kitboga a lot for generally not outing himself to scammers anymore. I'm sure he knows he could get a rise out of the mindf*ckery, but its shortlived, and ultimately the scammer will feel catharsis in knowing it wasn't a real scam opportunity that slipped through their fingers. Anyone who eggs him on to reveal isn't seeing the big picture here.

Welsh Lout just because people think differently than you doesn't mean they aren't seeing the big picture. While I also generally prefer he not reveal, there are can be merits when he does. Such as having real conversations with some of them, as well as making them paranoid they might be getting played by anyone they are speaking to. The big picture is bigger than your opinion.
@Argumemnon2 жыл бұрын
He used to do it a lot, to try to moralise to the scammers, but it was pointless because they don't care. Now he just wastes their time, and I think that's better that way: let them believe they just dealt with a tough customer and move on to the next, rather than being quicker to hang up on the next one, thinking they're a scambaiter.

@@jdevlin1910 You are talking as someone who I can only assume has grown up with tech already established so to you it's second nature and you understand when a story is rubbish and can't possibly be feasible. The people these disgusting scammers target are usually of the much older generation where tech didn't even exist so they are the most basic of users and susceptible to being bamboozled with, and scared by, complete and utter nonsense because they know no better. They won't understand when the rubbish these scumbags come out with is exactly that - rubbish. That's what Kit gets and uses to his advantage in such a fantastic way. It's easy for you to laugh at what you see as people being "out there" or drunk because they believed what they were being told but there is a really nasty sinister aspect to these scammers whose sole purpose is to steal from vulnerable people who they know won't have a clue what they are talking about. @@pippa3150 Elderly people, or just people in general, never deserve anything just by virtue of existing. There's our human rights, and laws attached to that, and we receive those whenever a baby receives personhood, and then when you become an adult. That's about everything we deserve by virtue of solely existing. So using the "cliche" not the hero we deserve, but needed, is just to say that Kitboga's work and pastime is rendering a service that elders, in general, don't deserve but need. How each individual feels about their elders is a different matter than being deserving of anything. Most people respect their elderly, also sometimes just for virtue of having been around for a long time, and I do as well, but that still doesn't mean that the group called elders deserves to be given a service that Kitboga is providing. You can, however, make the case that there are several elderly that are extremely sweet and deserving of additional comfort in their lives, so you might feel like they deserve what Kitboga is doing, but Kitboga doesn't exactly owe those elderly anything, so it's still not the case that they deserve Kitboga's videos, time and work. But I'm also extremely grateful, especially for the elders that I know, that someone like Kitboga and others are doing what they are, so there's some deterrants for scammers that target the elderly.

It's too bad you revealed yourself at the end. It would have been good for them to keep believing they lost out on $430K

Can you believe how persistant these peope are and how long they will continue to try and try to get your money.. Wow !!! What makes me angry is the way they talk over you , and are willing to say ANYTHING to win you over.. You must admit they have to have patients to put up with the shit they get back.. and yet they still try , it's incredible...Thank God for you and all like you that have these videos on youtube..Great video and love how you make a serious subject so funny to watch.. Love your work ... hahahahaa .. How you dont burst out laughing I just don't know cause I almost choked laughing at one point.. I've watched your videos for the last couple of days since I first came across them and I'm hooked now. You just dont know nowadays who your talking to , if they are real or not...??? Brilliant content .. Keep it up, and thanks for helping so many people , especially older people that have limited knowledge about these kind of things.. It's horrible what these people do.!!! xxx God Bless you .. big hugssssss. xxxx

A refreshing turn-around case in this call, where granny (Kit) is actually more obnoxious (hilariously so!... at least at the start ) than the scammer. Though the scammer is certainly plenty obnoxious. It was especially fun hearing Kit juggling so many different roles with such aplomb.I think the timing at the end was great--the scammer was very humiliated, and he really needed that lesson, which I think hit him hard..
