Fun Fact: International law automatically gives you copyright to your creations unless you waive them via a license or similar. So if the court decides that it is your creation and not the earlier guy, you could sue and win. Fun fact: the blue color methanols flame gives off when burned mixed with the small flame causes the flame to appear invisible in daylight. This is kinda a problem in f1 racing when they spill gas during pit stops because they use methanol-based fuel instead of the more common ethanol gasoline which burns red and goes boom
