Love your channel. When I was young, around 2005, we started getting a lot of scam callers and my dad was a government network administrator - we always had network of computers in the basement of our house. He used to put scam callers on speaker phone and waste as much of their time as possible, pretending he couldn't find the power button, start menu, anything he could do to frustrate them in hopes they wouldn't call back lol he passed away just over a year ago and I found your channel shortly after. I know he would have enjoyed your videos & I wish I could have shared them with him, but I always think of him when I watch. These full calls are the best. 😊

⁠@@ambergathings7160actually, I just applied. As far as being a CNA to work in a retirement home, (in my state) its $500 (plus the textbook and scrubs, which I haven’t gotten yet). Then it’s just six weeks. Working with the elderly has been my life’s purpose ever since my grandfather passed to dementia in 2016. He owned an amazing family-run farm in western Kansas, and it was always my favourite place to be. I never knew it was so simple to get your foot in the door. I highly encourage you to look into it.

I've worked at retirement communities for years and the way Kit speaks as old ladies is so hilariously spot on. I've definitely gotten trapped in conversations with lovely old ladies who would like to talk to me about this one time her husband forgot to turn off the burner and boiled the pasta to hell and back, but unfortunately I was holding a several pound tray full of dishes and my wrist was giving out. I was thinking about how the USA 🇺🇸 began “outsourcing” 80% at least of our call center type businesses 20 years ago, like customer support for Microsoft went from American voices to heavily accented people. And half the time (back then at least) you couldn’t understand enough words to make even a sentence and I would get (many others too) soooo upset….frustrated. Communication barriers are the worst but to American business it’s ONLY ABOUT THE BOTTOM LINE….
