They do a lot of their scamming through text only. Gives them the opportunity to do a lot of copying and pasting. It’s unfortunate that there are a lot of people who do not do any type of research or ask enough questions. Also, what we see as red flags some victims literally think everything the scammer is telling them is true. Some people tend to believe everything on the Internet and everyone on the Internet is true and trustworthy. They don’t think that something is wrong with a random person contacting you and offering to sell you gold and diamonds at any price let alone nearly $1 billion when you have never seen them. You never met them. You don’t know where they’re actually located. You have no certification that they are a qualified geologist or anything. I wish people would not fall for these scams, but they do
