Nalie, I'm so glad to hear that your scans are stable. I really appreciate how you respond to your scan results. When I get my scan results, even if 99% of them show nothing new, I tend to focus on that 1% that is different, even if it is millimeters. I like how you explained your thinking - it's nothing you didn't know, there are no new lesions, it's all contained... I hope to practice your thinking next time I get results. I am triple positive and have to get infusions every 3 weeks. I was at my hospital that day you posted going to the hospital for your scans. I totally related! I wish I could stay away from the hospital, but they have done a good job of restricting the people coming now. The waiting rooms are empty. Anyway, all the best to you on your new treatment. I haven't tried Xeloda yet. Keep doing what you are doing! You inspire us all!

Nalie, I have been following you since I was diagnosed with MBC in 2018 (mets to liver and bones). I too have been doing the back and forth dance between scans with minimal progression. I allow myself to cry, grieve, and FEEL everything that comes with the process of getting scans. But I’ve also learned to let go and just trust in the bigger picture. Thank you for you willingness to open up and share your life with us. Sending you lots of love and light❤️

You are a superstar! I came across your channel recently as I try to decide on a mastectomy or lumpectomy. I’ve gone through chemo and now it’s the next steps. I’m so sad to see you are still suffering from cancer-but always such an amazing attitude. The mastectomy was not successful? Stay positive! I am so inspired by your strength and optimistic attitude. Keep it up! You got this.

Hello Nalie, I do not have cancer but I do have cysts on my pancreas. They were found by accident during a back MRI. I understand, however, the anxiety of having to go for scans and waiting for results .Because every November I have to go for a MRI to check to see if the cysts don't change, Pancreatic cancer is deadly. So it's scary. But, you look great and are such a up lifting person to listen to. God Bless you and I hope your treatments help you and you will be healthy again. Please stay safe.

Hey Nalie i know it sounds a little crazy but are you taking Turkey Tail mushrooms? They increase t cells and i started taking a bunch end of last year. Ive been on Verzenio/Faslodex since January 2019 and had a clear scan this past February. I used even more when my husband had the flu in January (we think he could have had covid19 because he was deathly sick. I never got over 99 fever for a few hours and i was with him constantly so i really believe in Turkey tail. You may want to add this to your protocol. I use Host Defense brand in the tubs and place in gel capsules and my coffee.... it's cheaper and goes further. Anyway just wanted to mention that. I see my oncologist in May and i assume she will order a scan pretty soon. Good luck to you and sending you positive vibes! ❤❤❤

Hi! I’m TNBC too. Do you take vitamins during your chemo treatment? If yes , what kind of vitamins? Goodluck to your Journey. I’m doing xeloda right now. First cycle, side effects is bone pain and fatigue for me. It’s tolerable.

Your own alternative treatments are most likely what's keeping it from spreading, no telling if the chemo drugs did anything. Just keep up the healthy living alternatives. You look great and your hair has gotten so long!
