Would be awesome to hear about how you repurpose things that others might throw away. Do you turn kitchen scraps into mulch/compost/broth? Do you recycle/upcycle old materials around the house? Mmmmm, those dumplings... All over the Balkan countries we made them the same way. I use to put some grounded walnuts/a few table spoons as well and some vanilla sugar in that bread crumbs tosted on the butter. It is even more delicious. Kiss, kiss💖🍄🐞🌰🍀🌹

Yes, that belongs to old recipes, which our grandmothers use to make, same as the strudel with poppy sead or jam or walnuts. As well as old-fashioned-type donuts full of air in the middle... We are in the neighborhood with Hungary, all the Balkan countries so we have plenty of recipes the same, for ages... and when Noemi made some of this stuff, I know exactly the taste, and my eyes start to smile and emotions from the childhood evoke immediately... One more reason why I enjoy her videos very much as well, beside all creativity and love she shear around her. 😃🍀🌹

too much of anything is never the best, I used to live near Vancouver in BC and the rain was simply too! much, never a downpour but a constant drizzle, I have moved to the Okanagan where we hardly get rain, but forest fires. This year seems like a miracle as we escaped the fires for the first time in many years. When it rains here, the neighbours and I go outside to watch it.

Good morning, Sweet Noemi. Watching your videos after my chores are done is always a pleasure. I'm an early riser, so by the time your video airs at 9:00 a.m., most of my chores are finished, and it gives me the rest of the day to be creative. I like the idea of swapping bedsheets/decor based on the season. I'm with you regarding decorating without buying. I plan to make a wreath using pine branches from a few trees and flowers from our gardens that I will dry. The Hungarian dumplings sound delicious. I have the ingredients, and so I'll make them today. As a child, my daughter called them dump-per-lings. So cute. I hope you and your family have a wonderful weekend.
