I was on a concreting job where it was going off before we could do anything with it. I queried it with the plant, and they told me it was because they'd had a fresh delivery of dust, and it was still warm. True or not, it made for a very hard days work.

Why isn’t the concrete batching plant adding retarder to the mix if it’s setting so fast, is the plant far away from the job? I would find another firm unless they give some kind of refund on the back of you refunding your customer. Apart from that, loving the videos chaps. Keep battling on, better times always get here eventually.
