Scania best truck in the world,I have driven all types of them and they cannot be bettered for driver comfort and utter reliability,the quality of these vehicles cannot be overstated they are the RR of the truck industry without doubt,as for all these Green Dreamers who bleat on about electric trucks it is going to be years before anything is made that can do the sort of mileages the Diesel engine does and if and when it happens it will have a Scania badge proudly on it.

Azman Abdullah Actually, The L-Series derive from Scania P-series with Low Cab ..but in the Next Gent Scania, the L-series will focus for working in Urban / City user, it has Low Entry Cab, Crew Cab, and newest Engine, 7.1 Litre engine jv with Cummins ..

Trucking companies will not absorb the failure of diesel/ gasoline fuel versatility for the "green technology" supposed sustainability. Trucking companies run their vehicles 24 hours a day/7 days a week only pausing to refuel, address mechanical issues, and change drivers. Drivers are expected to rest, eat, or take breaks when the trucks are involved in loading or off loading or scheduled maintenance .The driver is expected to adapt to the needs of the profitability of the industry. If there is no profitability? there is no industry. The environmentalists will have to do the same. Everything in your life was somehow delivered in a truck. The truck moves civilization. Liberal environmentalists and governments bow to the truck. NOT the other way around. Without the truck? There IS no civilization.

Mihail Gujumit if you bring them to North America, drivers will quit. I drive 600 miles a day, and I sleep in my truck. Those trucks don't have enough room, for over the road drivers here.

So correct me if Im wrong. I like Scanias but these guys act like the revolutionalized Trucking for the first time in history. Saving fuel simpler, smarter, more reliable engine with better emmisions better aero,more options. Didnt Mercedes already do this. In 2012. Pay respect where respect is due. Tesla trucks problem is that they are mainly build for US condition. Many countries are not able to have charging pt in certain distance like US did due to city planning And many heavy duty vehicles works 20+ hours a day by changing drivers Disel is just more practical
