The last two minutes are why I love this show. Honestly, the dialogue couldn't have been better if it were scripted! The delivery was 10/10, between "You've been gone for what, 45 minutes?" "Was it that long?" and "We just said goodbye to you!" "I'm over here, actually." make me so happy.

this and part1 are comedy gold, probably one of the funniest moments of C1. have to say, im kind of looking forward to the nein visiting vaselheim if anything because i want them to meet the old guard captain only for matt to have boosted his lie detection acordingly to these two 20s so that he is impossible to lie to.

I can't remember when it happened, but Grog got afflicted by a curse that gave him a -2 to all or some of his saving throws that they never bothered to cure.

Yes. But his 12 charisma is a +1 mod. even if he has a -2 to everything, that is only a -1 mod, and even rolling a 1 he would get 0, not -1.

Titanstone Knuckles (Exalted) raise the wielders Strength stat to 26.

Titanstone knuckles. In general, magic items are how to get 21+ in ability scores.

Invis is concentration. That's why Mass Invis exists. Not really super relevant as it didn't really effect snything but surprised matt missed that.
