I ordered these scanner, but I can delete the Codes. Do you know if I can change any settings on the scanner to do that or is a defect scanner?

@@melbyjeep5592 hi I ended up buying a lexia lead and resetting it that way, I also had the icarsoft Citroen has gone now along with all the diagnostic equipment and I've bought myself an autel maxisys ms906 which covers many makes and models, expensive but worth it in the long run

Hi just got your this tool off you as my car has been in the garage for three weeks but came back today and a fault light has come on again. So my new reader say no codes in the obd2 part but in the diagnostic part it's picked up a fault, in the engine control module it the reads: state: permanent fault, turbo pressure electrovalve control, pressure too low. Does that mean I need a new turbo and why isn't the garage picking this fault up

Just ordered one from you, my citroen ds3 keeps coming up with the service light and the dash info says engine fault pleasecrepair. So do you think it will tell me the what that problem would be.

I purchased one of these tools for my vauxhall van 2006 1.9cdti. IT WAS USELESS !!! It wouldn't read anything, I followed all the instructions and It just kept coming up N/A on all the things to require checking. I've tried contacting them three times through their enquiries link on their website and NOTHING !!!! Had to get a local garage to do the diagnostic check and they just laughed at the 'scanner' meter. Not a happy customer being ignored by this company.
