How does this translate when you are trying to train log rather than a bar? any differences? Obviously you cannot use a wider grip.

Excellent video. So many people especially novice weight trainers don’t understand how their muscles work. Weight training programs should start weight free with a focus on how to correctly engage the various muscles for each type of exercise. Also thinking it would be helpful for the novice to see front and side fews of the exercise..e.g. on the shoulder press, the elbows start slightly in front of the body, but on the full extension, should they be slightly in front of the head or aligned with the side of the head? Thanks

if you look very closely you can see that it is infact not invisible lat syndrome, he actually has lats.
