Everything I’ve read if you have to replace for various reasons. That the scapular does not need to be blessed again by a Priest. Because it is you individually that are enrolled.

It's quite confusing but here it is: no need for a 2nd enrollment, but the scapular must be blessed (just like any religious article or item).

It was the Our lady of mt carmel feast yesterday, And There were only few ppls went to mass On that day, And there were plenty of Scapulars in the Sacristy, Should i get some and hand it on my friends? Or no
