Visually, how do you tell the difference between the SCAR-L and the SCAR-H? I know the SCAR-L uses 5.56 while the SCAR-H uses the 7.62, but other than that, I can't say which is which.

You can tell by looking at the magazine The SCAR-L has a slight curve to it, while the SCAR-H has a straight and short magazine

Yea it’s really mainly the magazine being used, the .308/7.62NATO mag is noticeably larger (due to the round being larger) and well the L uses normal M4/AR15 type magazines. The lowers are different as well in terms of the mag well sizes are different to accommodate for different calibres and they have different barrels, BCGs, it’s all mostly internal

STG 44 ok pretty advanced for it's time then pull mg42 that be like brrrrrt that machine stays for ever even it's out dated in 20 more years or more because that gun goes brrrrrrt no other assault rifles or machine guns that shoot that fast do mg42 is still strong because it is consistan fast fire rate just brrrt the enemy even the armor is strong where it doesn't do anything but i bet being with that in an armord vehicle would still be scary even your 100 percent protected so there mental ptsd you get from just bullets hitting the armor i bet so still scary and deadly so fire rate is key always because constantly fire on the enemy even you converded 9 mm to shoot 1500 round per menut very dead becay how many bullets are being tossed at you but the MG3 the slower rate is still very fast so the bullets are also changed to 7.62 51 i think i might be wrong but constantly fireng on your enemy is worse the enemy and brings alot of self asteam when shooting that machine gun also the other cartage that was smaller that the mg42 shot was and still very deadly today so i cant imagine of they made the MG3 shoot the same as MG42 even more deadly
