Pitch black progress is a master piece, simmetryc in design, holographic universe and dark matter dimensions are equally great albums, this last one is without Christian, but it's great, Scar Symmetry is for me the greatest melodic death prog band, they have all, and the lyrics o man those lyrics are fenomenal.

I'd say both "The Unseen Empire" and "The Singularity, Phase 1: Neohumanity" are better than Dark Matter Dimensions. Last one probably competing for being my favorite! :D

Do some more Scar Symmetry! The Illusionist, Ghost Prototype 2, and Dreaming 24/7 are fantastic songs. Also if you wanna try any song with their new vocalists, Neohuman is amazing.

Remember ma face when i first discovered this band and especially this song too ..man i was ..hm 16-17 yo and i was like ..my face was like i've just discovered gold or smthng .. for me i think its their best song ( mixed , variety , combinations ,parts riffs etc) its so fckin well played man like everything fits so perfect in this song ..it has it all !!

I clicked on this video so fast! Oh my...this song got me hooked on Scar Symmetry many years ago! I would really like to see,how you would like the newer stuff with new vocalists. So...if you like it proggier and longer Neohuman/Technocalyptic Cybergeddon or for some shorther (but awesome nonetheless!) newer songs i would pick Seers of the Eschaton or Limits to Infinity. Anyway,great reaction as always Ruben,keep up the good work! :)

I could listen to Per Nilsson solo all day. Scar Symmetry are pretty good, I really liked them when Christian was in the band, that guy did all the vocals and he killed it. Ruben, Circle of Contempt or VOLA ever? Love your reactions, would appreciate it if you checked one of them out :)

Fuck yeah!!!!!! Scar Symmetry is one of the most underrated bands in Death Metal and the album that has this song, Pitch Black Progress, is one of my Top 5 favorite Death Metal albums. You should check out the album opener, The Illusionist. Amazing song.
