After he was betrayed he took the name of Kunikuzushi, and thats how Ei and Miko refered to him, thats the name they got before The balladeer/Scaramouche, so its that... Ei didnt forget, is just that she never heard of Kunikuzushi, she thinks he stills sleeping or wandering arround...
