Scarborough, like Hastings, is a most beautiful place. I fell in love, with Scarborough when I first saw it. 🌹

Very clever video. Nice one ! My kids used to love Watersplash during our annual visits. So much has changed over the past 30 years or so...... not all for the better, in my opinion.

Just returned from few days visit to Scarborough. Being from Glasgow we went on holiday in 70s it was like another world with mini railways , cable cars , funicular lifts etc. I still love it, the decline is sad and that's the same with everywhere, but the history is incredible. I'll always love that place.

Oh wow! What a good "take" on our Scarborough.I went with my family often as a child, and before me both my parents and their parents too would holiday in Scarborough. It will always be a lovely resort to me and my happy place.

I was born in Scarborough in 1992. I remember the Kinderland place before it closed for good. The beaches, amusements and Peasholm park are all fond memories I can still revisit anytime. I honestly took this town for granted growing up, though. Only now I'm older if I visit I realise how nice the place is compared to most.

I will always see Scarborough through rose tinted glasses. I wish I had seen the pier. I do remember the sea water swimming pool. It was freezing cold and wasn’t there a tall diving board? Lovely video

Just had a day trip, South Bay just as it always was, North Bay has been completely destroyed to my 1960s and 70s holidays, totally soulless with no character.
