With mine fully closed on my scar 20 it still cycles the action both suppressed and unsuppressed. Was really hoping it would turn the gas down further.

we have tuned many 20s with SCARburatorG4 to no function. Consider dropping in a new jet. Not a downsized one, but just a new one of OEM size to line out variables in wear/erosion/or error at assembly. Its a cheap first troubleshoot step outlined in the included instructions. Get with us at our contacts if you have any more trouble.

Just got mine in the mail a week ago, using a scar 17 with less then 500 rounds on it with the same issue I’ll try buying a new OEM jet hoping that fixes the issue

@@johnnyappleseedz422 I cant afford to be ontop of all the social media outlets. It would be hours a day maintaining the comments sections on everything. The best setting for a bone stock (cardboard box) scar17 is anywhere in the interval of 8 to 12. This allows the gun to run much tamer than without being exposed to full gas.

The can is my own Form1 construction.. It is very similar to the Omega300 in performance and design. I have an Omega300 also that i test with.

I have a scar 17 s for about 10! Yrs now do I need this for hunting with this rifle unsupressed ? What does it do that the factory one doesn’t? Thanks

You don't need it, but it does give you the ability to fine tune your scar so that it will shoot a little smoother

SCARburator is selling daily even on backorder......... its not because hype or marketing.........theres over 1500 gen3 and gen4 out in the wild..........the can is my own form1 construction similar to a Omega300 ( have one of those too)......... get whatever you want bro, this one has been proven through time and was the first.
