Scared to Convert to Islam? WATCH THIS

I've been researching Islam for about 2 years now and since maybe half a year ago it started to make more and more sense (I became Christian around 3 years ago) and the recent weeks I knew in my heart I already believed in it but was too scared to actually commit to it also due to being scared of the obligations (5x praying) and the reaction of my family...I started wearing hijab daily 3 months ago but already did it every once in a while since more than a year ago because I started loving it as a Christian so that is luckily not a big deal anymore! I also tried fasting for a few days the last two Ramadans, prayed few times and memorized fatiha recently. Insha'Allah I will finally take my Shahada tomorrow at a woman's meeting in the mosque.

I symphatise to those who are scared to convert/revert because of the reasons you mentioned. May Allah grant them ease and help to lighten theirs burdens. This life is but a temporary one. May they find the strength and be guided to Islam. For such people, please pray to Allah to grant you the guidance and strength to embrace Islam for your own good. "O Allah, guide me with those whom You have guided, and strengthen me with those whom You have given strength. Take me to Your care with those whom You have taken to Your care."

my parents are huge islamiphobes & think all muslims are terrorists because all they watch is the news. it makes me worried, but i feel the pull to islam in my heart and i can’t deny it. all i can do is make dua for them to understand. i hope they do, i hope they surprise me. i’m not letting anyone’s opinions stop me from reverting, thank you for your videos and podcast it’s been so so helpful for me 🫶🏼🫶🏼

This is such a great video, and channel for that matter. I like very much your calm demeanor and the intelligent way you approach these real sensitive issues and at the same time keeping that approach in the boundaries of Islam, because we start solving problems outside those boundaries we just left the safe area that Allah (SWT) created for us. These kinds of topics/points you mentioned are rich in terms of perspectives and religious evidence since it's not the first time, naturally, that it's been discussed since 100s of years ago, and though i wish i have the means to give my 2 cents but it's impossible to do that through writing, as people don't like to read nowadays. Watching a video is much easier for them, and unfortunately i don't make videos. May Allah bless and guide you and all reverts, and keep your heart steady in this hard harsh life we live on this earth.

To Islam?🤍 we don’t believe Jesus is God because we only believe in one God and we don’t believe God would degrade Himself by taking human form and living and dying on this planet. That’s really the main reason I converted actually-Christianity never gave me a clear or logical answer to who God was and why we believed in more than one God but called ourselves monotheists. Islam made it so simple and clear, and it followed logic. Hopefully that makes sense! I hope I didn’t offend you. God bless 🤍 **we also don’t believe there’s a need for a savior/someone to wipe away our sins because we believe we are personally accountable for sins and are not guaranteed heaven, but only given it if we deserve it.

We believe in Jesus haha I should’ve clarified. We believe he was a pious man born from the Virgin Mary peace be upon them both. We believe he was a prophet like Abraham and Moses and all the others-free of sin and a wonderful example for us of how to live our lives properly. We also believe he will come back on the Day of Judgement. We just don’t equate him or anyone else with God.
