Love the islands if you grab a boat and go around that big one near the edge of the map you can find a little island useful for farming coke and cash because if you kill all the people and run around a rock the respawn

It lets you enter the Rage mode - first person shooting for a limited time, Tony's invincible for that time, and his health replenishes with each kill.

The total Balls stats give you heath and stamina upgrades throughout the game. After earning enough "Balls" you unlock a girl (like at the beginning of this video) and by successfully recruiting them you get improved health or stamina.
