2:18 lmao totally forgot about this until I saw it. Went on a family vacation years ago when I was a kid, walked this bridge. The bridge was filled with people. My sister has a fear of heights. So I started rocking rocking the bridge and my brother started to help rock it also. And it already sways a bit with the wind too. I stopped shaking it for a few seconds but my brother kept going, then a random stranger not far behind us started yelling. My brother didn't want to get in trouble so he started running ahead. He ran into a gift shop near the end of the bridge. He tried to hide in a clothes rack LOL. The guy finds him and is just like come out right now I want to talk to you. My bro tried ignoring it hoping the problem would go away, but we just see his bare legs so obvious right there in the clothes rack cuz the clothes only covered around his waist up.... eventually he comes out. Guy starts yelling at my brother and my mom comes over, figures out what was going on, apologizes and made my brother apologize. The fear on my brothers face lmfao, he was more scared of getting in trouble than my sister was of dying from the high up rocking suspension bridge.

the design of ohashi bridge was there for several reason. it was to allow big ships to pass because of the ejima wharf and the river was easy shortcut and the main roads in the mainlands werent straight from point a to b so making a renovating road to match the other side wasnt the option(i believe the budget was cut due to some allegation issues of embezzlement during the project time).

I just became a UBER driver and in some places, I had to drive winding roadways and sometimes with a downhill gradient as well. I had to take very good control of my vehicle under such occasions and assure that when going around the winding roadways that my passengers stay comfortable so that I normally drive the winding roadways slowly to avoid any sudden moves or sudden brakes. As it is very important prospective as a UBER driver is that when transporting passengers, everyone else's lives are in your hands.

My comment has nothing to do with the video, but when does Americans (+ Liberia and Myanmar) would finally start to use the international units of measurements aka the metric system (meters, litres, kilogram, etc..) ? I know it's hard to change from one day to another, because it has been used like that since the Independance War (and even before it).

There's a bridge like the Omanshi in New Orleans East. Really high climb, followed by a roller coaster plummet. I always get anxiety when I get to the top of the hill. There's another worrisome bridge in New Orleans, The Huey Long. It's very thin, with like a 3 foot barrier, and rides right next to a train track. The bridge is always rattling. Once, the train fell off, due to high winds. It was pretty terrifying.
