I know he probably only meant it as a personal statement for himself, but dude saying he is too old strikes a bit of a nerve. People often project that same mentality at me. You guys got him thinking about it as a process though at least. He may have a legitimate reason not to train certain things, but it is not simply age stopping him. More likely he just doesn't understand where to start or has not learned to see movement as a cornerstone of health. Maybe he will start now though.
