Two teenagers have murdered innocent classmate in the most vicious manner. I am still baffled that they are allowed to be outside.
Sources are only in lithuanian language, I think I am the first one to cover this crime in english.

As an 18 year old who has been called immature for my age, I can say that I have no pity for those monsters. At 18, there is an understanding of right vs wrong and of consequence. Those two monsters had full knowledge of what they were doing and they deserve no mercy for it.

At 18 I was very naïve and socially clumsy, partially because of scarce social contact. But I never ever thought about murdering or anything so serious. I was afraid of the law, my parents and moral remorse. Some others aren't.

I don't know how other people think so I can't be 100% sure but I think people can easily do bad things, I know I can that's why I had to switch schools and my dad had to switch 8 times since he had a similar problem. I don't know if it's cause I'm not fully developed in that department or I am and I'll stay the same. And it's why I easily sympithise with horrible people, since I can walk in they're shoes and already have. If you think otherwise PLEASE respond I NEED to know.

@@Tanystropheus10 dude, I don't know you but your case sounds like issues with anger management or some kind of psychopathic personality. The first one, I get it, when I'm really angry I have to think twice because otherwise I could get in serious trouble or cause damage to others. The second one is basically an inability to feel empathy or remorse, unless something affects you. Don't get too scared, you probably need psychological evaluation. Some psychopaths can actually become socially functional and work like everybody else, they just learn to respect the rules of society, but they aren't warm people when it comes to others.

The criminal justice system in most places is a fragmented non-system that movies and TV shows have completely changed the reality of what actually happens vs what you think should happen. "Law in action vs law on the books" is a good starting point for something like that. Granted I only know about the US, not Lithuania.

Same thing is regular in sweden. 3 guys dismember a friend to them and dumped him in a lake because of some pills they thought was stolen. When they had murdered the friend, they discovered that the pills where in the apartment. One of the 3 is dead beacuse of drug overdose but 2 of them are free today and have changed names and moved to another city. The crime took place in a small town called bollnäs in 2010. With good behavioral in prison a murder could be out in less than 10 years in sweden. And if they do the crime when they are under 18 they get only 4 years juvenile detention. The System is not working.

I want to personally thank you Mr. Slav for not only having the strength to make this video, but also informing us that these kinds of situation happens outside our perspectives in our communities and (what some of consider) under the radar countries for these kinds of horrific things. As a Latina myself, I have heard horror stories like these because of the cartel war that happen amongst themselves, and in rural towns, but rural town stories like the Villisca axe murder house in Iowa are few and far apart versus the cartel stories. Point being is that i am seeing a pattern happening when it comes to the mentality of wanted to hurt and/or un-aliving living breathing being. A small though could come in at first in the heat of the moment and that's ok, but when that feeling persist, then that being is mentality unstable and should not be walking around our society. I agree that help is needed for these kinds of things when picked up early, but i do also agree that when the thought crosses the thresh hold onto actions, then they are lost and must meet theirs demise for said actions. It is disgusting to see monsters like these and especially pedos get thrown back into society knowing that there is a huge chance they they will commit the same atrocities just for a rush of adrenaline.
@TR4R

I guess morbid homicides have a motivation in anger, revenge and deeply immoral motivations when it comes to drug related crimes. This in the outcome is the same but the motive is different: pure sadistic pleasure and fondness of death. It's like the small difference between sociopath and psychopath. As far as I know, a sociopath is a barely normal individual that loses all morals in order to achieve a goal. A psychopath has a deeper pathology and is unable to feel love or empathy, but not all are murderers.

I live in Mexico... so i'm very well used to all this sad stories, kind off. It still shocks me. I still think in the pain. Recently a similar story happened. A woman told she was about to get abused. She claims that she defende herself from her attacker... But the story simply does not fit, 'cause after killing him, she mutilated him. And now she is free, protected by the so called "feminism". It's only about time before she kill again. I hate drug dealers in my country, i hate them. They have killed so many people.

I don't agree with killing part, she could've just knock him out, make him faint and run or just knock him out, tied him up and send him to police, but killing and mutilated him? That's too far, she deserves at least 20+ years, killing a person is already bad, mutilation is far more bad, feminism is a cancer in this world, the modern feminism is spreading around like a disease, if the criminal is a women, there's going to be lots of women that'll defend her eventhough the thing she did is bad

Even if they had repented during their 12 years, they have completely destroyed any trust with anyone who has learnt of their background. If life imprisonment is too much, the government should have seriously considered the death penalty

It might not be as gruesome but I also have a story from my home village. In my home village we also had a murder happen. At first everyone was shocked, because here everyone knows everyone, if not from names then we just see each other on the street. We don't have to personally know someone to know where they live. A few years back a family member found a guy (around 40/50 years old) dead in his home. Police first said that it could have been an accident, since it looked like the guy was drinking and simply tripped and hit his head on the edge of the table. Later, from unknown reasons, another guy called the police and said that he did it. My parents told me that he even brought the police his pants covered in blood. As it was suspected, both of them were drinking at the time. They had to get into and argument, one pushed the other so he hit the back of his head on the table and allegedly died on the spot. The other guys of course ran away. Both my parents knew those people and they told me that the victim lived just about 4/5 houses away, right beside my distant family members.

I believe in restorative justice, but only to a point. Sometimes, some people are literally just too dangerous to ever be let out of a maximum security prison. Some people commit awful crimes because they are mentally decimated, and may even not know fully what they are doing. These girls knew fully well what was happening, and yet they still carried out these depraved acts. They should not be able to leave prison. It doesn’t matter how forgiving you are, they will never not be a threat.

Wow, the system is as flawed as the one in Sweden. Shame. Hope they get the unalive karma they deserve.

As a Lithuanian myself, I actually can confirm, that our judging system sucks, and we must show no mercy on those criminals. What did their parents think of them? I would actually abandon those maniacs.

I know our justice system in the US is a little messed up sometimes. But, if this happened in the US, they would've definitely gotten a life sentence for the murder they committed.

I thought only here in Brazil that we see this circus, called "justice". 12 years, really? Neda is gone forever, why do they have to get their lives back? It's terrible. I'm sending all the love to Neda's family ❤ that must be really hard to accept they are already outside.

What a bad change in the history. Those class of people are basicly free, here in Argentina we had recently a case were a person killed a girl and received help from the mayor of the city (capital city of Chaco province). They only found burned clothes and a amulet from the victim, its said that his body is now under a street which was paved the same night. And other similar cases made with the same mayor happened, but the corpses were thrown for pigs forage. I know what you feel :(

I understand your frustation and disgust man, in my country the court system is just as flawed as in yours, criminals that should be sentenced to death, like these two monsters, are constantly let go, on the basis that theyre mentally ill or some BS like that
