making wandas hand movement: put your hands strait. Middle finger down and bending.both hands on the far left and far right out and strait. when you have the left and right finger in the middle out the right one slightly down and make it strait and move your hand forward and back like your wanda moving her powers. :another hand move: make middle finger go barley but slightly down. make the rest of your fingers look like it’s holding a big ball. :another hand move: make all you fingers look like it’s holding a ball and you can’t squeeze the ball and when making a pose put your arm out and make you hand come out to like your arm and it all should be lowered and not in the air then start rotating your hand. and that’s how you make your hands look like wanda’s when she uses her powers

OUAT- Regina czech/english I've never seen this show, but I went ahead and looked up those effects. For the smoke teleportation, we already have some Death Eater smoke teleportation assets on the website that you can probably use to get that effect, or similar at least.
