I know you're a scarlet witch fan which i completely respect you for, but i do really appreciate your respect for zatanna as well. Most people just call her a knockoff because she won and her past makes no sense. Also your reaction of reading about zatanna was hilarious dude lmao. And to answer your question as well when you talk about her dying in the justice league apocalypses dark, my answer to that is that The DCAMU characters including Superman and Zatanna are not as powerful as they are in the comics. But all in all, great video bro

to answer your question on how zatanna died. it's because darkseid is on a level beyond zatanna and scarlet. so are many other marvel and DC beings. it takes the girls prep time, help and Amps to even attempt to beat the top tiers. also the animated versions are way weaker than the books

@@desantinotafrancesco2639 the last two crisis events literally had darkseid scale beyond zatanna. When darkness devoured everything zatanna died again the last 3 survivors were Superman, Darkseid and Wonder Woman. Zattana needs prep and lots of story set up to even be on darkseids lm19%.

Superman has never been weak to magic or hated it, it is just one of the only categories of attack that he is not heavily resistant to. He is hurt by magic to the same degree as anyone else, he's not weak to it, he just does not have any specific resistance to it like he does to almost everything else. Zatanna died in the movie because the animated films take place in a different universe than the comics do, where everyone is significantly weaker so they can better portray the characters in simple and consistent ways. So that's basically an entirely different character. Saying animated Zatanna is as strong as comic Zatanna is like saying Michael Bay Optimus Prime is the same one as the animated Optimus Prime, or saying that the MCU characters are the same as the real versions from the comics. The real main Zatanna at her strongest could absolutely take on Darkseid, that's a battle either of them could win.

The plot wanted her death in apokolips war. They cast off characters who oppose a threat to the story like Martian Manhunter in Death of Superman or Dr Strange in No Way Home and also in a ridiculous way.

You gotta understand that these characters are strong in the comic but in the movies like apocalypse war she’s not as strong because that’s the movie version of her the feats that she did in the movies are canon but not the stuff she did in the comics lol.

To give some more insight of zatanna since they didn't really explain much about her. Looking at some of Zatanna's feats. Also she technically doesn't need to speak backwards to use magic, she's used magic without speaking multiple times, but back to her feats. Like when she defeated Zorr, a time tailor who could control reality and fought the spectre. Their fight was bizzare, with them growing bigger than planets and throwing each other through realities and messing with time. Or when she and other magic users powered up the spectre to match the anti monitor after he had destroyed the multiverse and was becoming an aspect of the presence. Or the when she made up 1/3 the power necessary to freeze time throughout the multiverse. Or when she held off Pralaya, the feminine side of the great evil beast and non existence itself, after Pralaya had destroyed all of creation. And that was from a mental projection of her and constantine she made after she had been erased from existence. It was stated by nightmare nurse that her magical potential was so great that she rarely uses even a fraction of her full power to preserve her normality. She's been stated to be one of the most powerful sorcerers in all dimensions and even the quintessance, a group of 5 cosmic beings that oversee the multiverse, count her as a powerful future ally. Zatanna doesn't often get big flashy displays of power but this is mostly because, as stated by her, when you deal with magic it can be hard to maintain your sense of normality. This is why she holds back a lot of her power. But the very fact that she was able to overcome the upside down man, while in his own magical dimension, is incredibly impressive. The upside down man is the shadow of Hecate, the first being of magic to form from the godsphere during the beginning of everything. Hecate was the most powerful of the gods, they all feared her power. When she looked upon the upside down man she created a barrier between the positive multiverse and trapped him in the dark multiverse. Hecate and the upside down man are practically magic itself and Dr Fate mentioned that the upside down man's magic was potent because it drew directly from the source, aka God basically. This is definitely an outervsal feat, one of a few she's done. When she had chaos magic she actually ripped apart of the comic book panel and destroyed it. This was technically an amp since she was given it by mordru. I didn't even get started about her dating constaine which gives some play if you know him. Basically I think the fight between zatanna and Wanda probably should of came down to experience, intelligence, mental health and will power. You don't need all to win but having most is definitely a plus. I think experience wise in battle is tie. Mental health it's either zatanna takes the win on that or its tie if you want to say Wanda in her current version is more stable. Though I do think zatanna takes the win in intelligence and will power. Though giving Wanda the benefit of doubt and saying she is tied with Wanda then I would still think zatanna will power is stronger then zatanna. Zatanna has been in situations very terrible where it could break her will but didn't. I do also think will power is strong factor in a fight with basically even characters who can do anything they want with a single thought.
